Cable protection
Apart from heatshrink and sleeving there are many other ways to protect and control wire and cable, available from Hellermann, Richco, Panduit, Kopex, Reevite, Anixter, Adaptaflex, Cembre and SES.
- Expandable braided sleeving in nylon, polyester and polyester VO
- Spiral binding in polyolefin, polythene, UV resistant polythene, flame retarded polythene, nylon 6 and PTFE
- Slit harness wrap in nylon 6, nylon 6 VO and polypropylene
- Convoluted tubing in nylon 6, flame retarded nylon 6, polypropylene and PTFE
- Flexible conduit in flame retardant and oil resistant PVC, galvanised steel and stainless steel with various coverings
- Pliable conduit which retains its shape when bent, constructed from lead coated steel core and with various coverings
- Grommet edge strip in LFH polyolefin, nylon 6, polyethylene, PTFE with or without adhesive
- Trunking, both open and closed slot and plain in PVC, and halogen free polyphenylenoxide (PPO), and flexible ‘flexoduct’
- Cable glands and fittings in polyamide, brass and nylon as well as EMC, explosion proof and liquid tight. Snap-in strain relief bushings, straight, elbow and flex protecting.
- Fibre optic bend limiting tube and accessories
- Grommets, open and blind, sleeved and special shapes in PVC, rubber and neoprene
