LS50L Flex

Hydraulic battery punch driver

The battery powered Punch Driver LS50L FLEX offers a wide range of punching applications for various and miscellaneous hole geometries and for different materials such as mild steel (St 37) and stainless steel (V2A and V4A).

Features

The punching head can be rotated (approx. 135°) in order to gain better access to tight corners and other difficult working areas.
The unit is equipped with a special brake which stops the pulling motion of the piston when the trigger is released.
A white LED illuminates the working space after activating the trigger. It automatically switches off 10 sec. after releasing the trigger. This feature can be deactivated.
The compact ergonomically formed design consists of 2 components. The grip area is rubber coated and therefore slip resistant. The housing design is optimized in respect of the centre of gravity which improves the handling and supports fatigue-proof working.
All tool functions can be controlled by one trigger for easy handling and a better grip compared to a two button operation.
Automatic stop once punching operation is completed.
